Applications

A heavy duty yet lightweight sheeting material perfect for both primary and secondary containment applications.

XR-5® is a coated polyester reinforced membrane developed to contain and protect against acids, oils and methane. XR-5 is used as both a primary containment and secondary containment lining material. It offers excellent chemical resistance, superior UV resistance, and better tensile and puncture resistance compared to HDPE membranes.

XR-5 is also available in a formulation that is NSF-61 approved for potable water. This high strength, and highly puncture and tear resistant material offers more flexibility and performs better than any other membrane in potable water applications.

Scrim reinforcement makes XR-5 stronger than HDPE film that is twice as thick.

Anti
