Water Tank Liners Exceline*TM PVC Excellent for Low pH Solutions
  • Acid/Alkaline resistant.
  • Operating temperature range is 190°F max depending on solution makeup.
  • UV resistant.
  • A highly stable monomeric plasticizer makes Exceline PVCTM excellent for containing low pH solutions such as H2SO4, HCl, HNO3, H3PO4, and HBF4 to 80% concentration, and HF to 50% concentration. Liners are used in storage and active tanks, waste treatment, floor liners, and curtains. Widely used in plating tanks such as Cu, Ni, Cr, and Precious Metals. The 3/16 in. gauge with an LFP "skirt" is used extensively by chrome platers. Galvanizers and anodizers utilize Exceline PVCTM in pickling and rinse tanks.
Water Tank Liner Spectra Blue*TM PVC Great for Moderate Solutions
  • Acid/Alkaline resistant.
  • Operating temperature range is up to 145°F depending on solution makeup. 
  • A mid-grade monomeric plasticizer gives Spectra Blue PVCTM excellent performance results at a moderate price. Spectra Blue PVCTM has somewhat less heat and corrosion resistance than the Exceline PVCTM but still performs exceptionally well. Spectra Blue PVCTM liners are used in storage and active tanks, waste treatment, floor liners and secondary containment.

  • Highly resistant to strong corrosives
  • Temperature range up to 200oF.
  • High tear and abrasion resistance.
Water Tank Lining LFP*TM Teflon
  • A patented laminated fluoroplastic made entirely of DuPont PTFE TeflonŽ.
  • Will contain any solution up to 450°F continuous operating temperature.
  • Chemically inert. Can contain the most concentrated solutions.
  • Low plate-out rate makes for an ideal liner for electroless nickel.
PVC Liners / PVC Liner Witt PW - NSF61 Approved for Potable Water
  • Witt PW is a NSF 61 approved PVC for potable water applications. Will not impart taste or odor upon contact.
