John Bieri serves as General Manager of Witt Lining Systems, where he leads both the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the company. With a career spanning more than two decades in sales leadership, business development, and operational management, John brings a proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and building high-performing teams.
Prior to joining Witt Lining Systems, John held senior leadership roles with organizations including Unarco (a Marmon/Berkshire Hathaway company) and ITW Food Equipment Group, where he managed large-scale national accounts, led cross-functional teams, and delivered consistent year-over-year growth. His experience includes full P&L responsibility, strategic sales planning, and implementing systems that align customer needs with operational excellence.
At Witt Lining Systems, John is focused on strengthening the company’s position as an industry leader in drop-in PVC liner solutions—enhancing customer engagement, optimizing manufacturing performance, and driving long-term, sustainable growth. His hands-on leadership style emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Vice-President of Operations
Jeff Raymond serves as Vice President of Operations at Witt Lining Systems, bringing decades of hands‑on engineering and manufacturing leadership to the company. He joined Witt Lining Systems in 1989 as an engineer, quickly becoming a central figure in transforming customer measurements into precise production drawings and ensuring every custom PVC liner met the company’s exacting standards. His strong technical foundation, paired with a deep understanding of material capabilities and production constraints, positioned him to take on increasing responsibility within the organization.
Over the years, Jeff has overseen all aspects of manufacturing operations—from production planning and material optimization to personnel management and facility maintenance. His leadership ensures that production schedules run efficiently, raw materials are managed responsibly, and equipment remains in top working condition. Jeff works closely with sales, customer service, and engineering teams to maintain the high level of accuracy, reliability, and responsiveness that customers expect from Witt Lining Systems.
A graduate of Southern Illinois University with a degree in Industrial Technology, Jeff combines technical expertise with practical operational insight. His commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement has made him a driving force behind Witt’s reputation for precision‑engineered, dependable drop‑in liners.
Office Manager
Amy Webster serves as Office Manager at Witt Lining Systems, running with a blend of organization, calm efficiency, and genuine care for both customers and coworkers. Amy oversees the daily flow of administrative and production activity—making sure orders are entered accurately, schedules stay on track, and customers always know where things stand.
Amy handles everything from accounts payable and receivable to quoting, invoicing, and maintaining clean financial records. She’s often the first point of contact for customers, and her clear communication and attention to detail help ensure every order moves smoothly from quote to shipment.
Behind the scenes, Amy works closely with the production team to coordinate manufacturing schedules, manage supply procurement, and keep materials stocked so deadlines are met without disruption. Her ability to juggle multiple responsibilities—while staying proactive, adaptable, and unflappable—makes her an essential part of Witt’s day‑to‑day operations.
Amy has 17 years of office management experience. A graduate from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Ok with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Mathematics with a minor in Business Administration.
Amy brings a steady hand, a friendly presence, and a commitment to doing things the right way, making her a valued member of the Witt Lining Systems team.
