Exceline® PVC liner

Exceline PVC is a highly stable monomeric plasticizer making it excellent as a tank liner material for containing low pH solutions. Liners are used in storage and active tanks, waste treatment, floor liners, and curtains. Exceline PVC is widely used in plating tanks such as Cu, Ni, Cr, and Precious Metals.

Exceline PVC is both acid and alkaline resistant as well as having very high abrasion resistance. Besides offering greater chemical resistance than standard PVC formulations, Exceline also has a higher operating range of up to 180°F max depending on solution makeup.

Exceline drop in liners are available in 20 mil, 60 mil, 3/32 in., 1/8 in., and 3/16 in. gauges.
